Our tailored plans are designed for those who want continuous guidance, while single sessions give you the freedom to get exactly what you need, when you need it.
LPC- Supervision
Individual Therapy
I specialize in trauma-informed therapy for PTSD and related challenges such as anxiety, depression, and mood regulation difficulties. This is a space where your story is honored, your healing is prioritized, and your growth is supported every step of the way.

For LPC Associates who have already passed the NCE and are seeking a supervisor for their 3,000 hours, Calm Commotion provides the support and guidance you need to confidently navigate your journey to full licensure.

Clinical Audit
Provides quantitative data analysis on key metrics like retention rates, documentation compliance, utilization rates, and cancellations—ideal for practice owners wanting a clear picture of their operations. (one-time or as needed)
